  1. Ah yes – that is an all too familiar cycle. I did that for over a year with the “pretend I’m okay” masking depression anxiety plus an eating disorder. Then I crashed hard. Trying so hard to be “normal” is simply exhausting. After being off for almost 8 months, I’m still struggling but am beginning to gain a sense of the necessity for time for healing and for regular self care. Easier said than done sometimes πŸ™‚
